I directed the overall creative strategy and visual rebrand for Adsposure, guiding my Art Director and Senior Designer as they led the execution of the new brand system. Together, we repositioned the company’s identity across digital and print platforms, developing updated brand standards, typography systems, color palettes, and design templates used by both in-house and partner teams.

This rebrand aligned the company with modern transit media trends and improved the user experience across all branded touchpoints. It also directly contributed to RFP wins in multiple markets and increased sales conversion rates. I collaborated cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and executive leadership to ensure consistency, alignment, and buy-in throughout the rollout.

As Creative Director, I designed and developed the website, mobile experience, and apparel. Thanks to our Art Director’s well-crafted visual identity, I had a strong foundation that made executing these layouts seamless.

To celebrate EST03’s 20th anniversary, I developed a full event identity system that captured the spirit of the company’s evolution. This included a dynamic animated logo, brand-aligned apparel design, printed collateral, and event graphics that tied the campaign together visually across platforms.

The project culminated in a company-wide celebration featuring a multimedia presentation, custom swag, and visual storytelling installations. Every detail was designed to reflect the brand’s culture, history, and future direction—leaving a lasting impression with staff and stakeholders alike.
